Who's behind this

Hey, I'm Melissa Bull. Most people call me Mel B.

Everyone told me it was impossible.

In third grade, I wrote that I wanted to go to the Olympics. My teacher told me to pick something realistic. I'm from a town of 800 people with no cheer team at my high school, and my whole life people told me cheer wasn't a real sport, that it wouldn't take me anywhere.

I never did make the Olympics. But I pivoted, and I got to stand on a mat as one of only 24 athletes representing the United States at the highest level of our sport. That third-grade kid wanted to represent her country. She got there. Just not the way anyone in that classroom could have pictured.

None of it came from talent. I never even competed a full up until I got to Morehead. I've always been the one who had to work significantly harder than everybody else. Now I coach athletes and send them off to the D1 level, and I coached the U.S. Junior National Team after competing on it myself.

Nobody believed me, and I did it anyway.
So even if nobody believes in you, I do.
I'm rooting for you.

The programs

Get stronger at your position.

Strength built for what your position actually does on the mat. Not a general workout with your name on it.

Pick your position and see what's inside.

Written for high school and college athletes, roughly 14 to 22. Not middle schoolers. Where you start is set by how long you have been lifting, not how old you are, so a 14 year old and a 20 year old who are both new to it start at workout 1.

Launch price is $59 for the first 50 athletes, then $79. Got a family full of cheerleaders? Get all three positions in the bundle.

Every program is digital. You get all of it the moment your code arrives, so all sales are final.

Get all three, $119
Not a PDF

It's an app, and it keeps up with you.

Open your workout, hit start, and everything's right there. No printing, no scrolling a document at the gym, no wondering what's next.

  • Timers built in
It says two-minute jump rope, you tap the timer, it counts right there. You never leave the workout.
  • 📈
    Track your progress
Log the weight you used. Next time it's right there, so you always know where to push.
  • Unlock as you go
Check off each set, watch the workout fill up, and see all eight weeks move behind you.

Hear me

Like you're standing next to me at practice.

You're going to hear my coaching straight from me. This is the stuff I tell my athletes, and now you get to hear it too.

Work with me

Come to your gym. Your team. Your event.

Some of this does not fit in an app. If you want me in the room, or on the call, here is what that looks like.

For coaches

For the coach running the whole team.

Your athletes train every position. This lets you run all of them in one room, on your schedule, with your equipment.

The Bullpen

The coach community

Coaching is lonely. You make every call by yourself and go home with nobody to ask if you got it right. The Bullpen is where that changes. Post what your team's stuck on, get real eyes on it, and stop troubleshooting alone.
