The fine print

Terms & Disclaimer

Read this first: The programs are strength and conditioning workouts drawn from real coaching experience. They are not medical advice, and they are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Talk to a physician before starting any new training. If an athlete is under 18, an adult is responsible for making sure the training is right for them and for stepping in if something hurts.

Who I am, and what this is

Be Coachabull is the work of Mel Bull, a competitive-cheer athlete and coach with over twelve years in the gym. The programs, The Backspot Program, The Base Program, The Top Girl Program, and the bundle, are position-specific strength and conditioning workouts you access online. Everything here comes from lived coaching experience. My authority is earned on the floor, not licensed in a clinic, and I stay honestly in that lane.

Train safely. This isn't medical advice.

The programs are for general fitness and educational purposes. They are not medical, physical-therapy, or health advice, and they are not a diagnosis or treatment for any condition.

Strength training carries a risk of injury. Before starting a program, the athlete should check with a physician, especially if they have an injury, a health condition, or any reason to be careful. Warm up, use good form, use appropriate weight, and stop right away if anything hurts. If the athlete is under 18, a parent or guardian is responsible for reviewing the program, deciding whether it's appropriate, and supervising as needed. If there's a medical concern or an emergency, contact a licensed provider or your local emergency services.

By buying and using a program, you accept these risks and take responsibility for training safely, for yourself or for the athlete you bought it for.

No guaranteed results

Every athlete is different. I share the training I use and believe in, but I can't promise a specific result, a skill, a place on a team, or any particular outcome. What you get out of a program depends on the work you put in, and that part is yours.

What you're buying, and how you get it

Each program is a digital product you access online through your browser. When you buy, you'll receive a unique access code by email, usually within a few minutes. That code unlocks your program. You're buying access for one athlete (or, with the bundle, for a family using all three positions). Please don't share your code, post it, or resell it.

Access codes are tied to your purchase and can be turned off if a code is shared or used in a way these terms don't allow. Keep your code somewhere safe. If you lose it, email me and I'll help.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. I don't see or store your full card details. Prices are shown at checkout in U.S. dollars and may change over time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you buy.

Refund policy

Because the programs are digital and you get full access the moment your code is delivered, all sales are final and I don't offer refunds for a change of mind. Please read the program description before you buy so you know what you're getting.

If something goes wrong on my end, your payment went through but your code never arrived, or your code doesn't work, email me at hello@becoachabull.com and I'll make it right.

Free newsletter

When you sign up for the newsletter, you'll get one email a week from me. You can unsubscribe any time using the link in any email. I don't sell or share your email address.

Intellectual property

The programs, content, name, and materials on this site belong to Be Coachabull and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without permission. You're welcome to share links to the site.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time as the business grows and new programs launch. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the current version.
